The Telangana government has sanctioned 35 acres of land in the Gadwal Assembly constituency for the construction of crucial government buildings and electricity substations.
This strategic move aims to boost public infrastructure, enhance service delivery, and improve administrative efficiency in the region. The allocated land will be used for a range of facilities, including electricity substations for multiple mandals, warehouses for electrical equipment, godowns, a PACS building, a paddy procurement centre, and a study center for Backward Class (BC) students.
Additionally, plans include a District Women’s Federation Building, a DTO/RTO/UO office complex, and a Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) building to promote rural skills and livelihoods. A 33/11 KV substation is also planned for the proposed 100-bed government hospital.
Gadwal MLA Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy expressed gratitude to CM Revanth Reddy and state ministers for facilitating the land allocation. He announced that the Bhoomi Puja for the projects will be performed soon, with construction works set to begin promptly.
