Deendayal Port Authority has invited bids for the appointment of a consultant to provide architectural and project management consultancy services for the proposed Centre of Excellence for Green Hydrogen at Gandhidham (Kandla), Gujarat.

The selected consultant will be responsible for detailed architectural design, planning, and project management support throughout the execution of the centre, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and sustainability parameters. The tender invites experienced firms with expertise in large-scale industrial infrastructure projects, especially in the renewable energy or hydrogen sector. The closing date for submission of proposals is 07 October, 2025.

The initiative is part of India’s growing focus on renewable energy and the hydrogen economy, aimed at fostering research, development, and demonstration of green hydrogen technologies.
