Gopalan Enterprises is set to introduce its first Artificial Intelligence-powered smart home project in Bengaluru, targeting millennial buyers. The developer will construct 3,000 units by 2025, with an investment of Rs 500 crore.
These AI-driven homes, spanning one million sq. ft, will feature automated appliances and flexible furniture, with prices ranging from ?1.5-2 crore. The company is launching four projects - two in Whitefield and two in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, each over 30 floors. Prices for two-BHK units start at Rs one crore, while three-BHK apartments (1,800-2,500 sq. ft.) begin at Rs 1.5 crore.
Inspired by Japanese design, the homes will include flexible, foldable furniture to maximize space. Later in 2025, Gopalan Enterprises plans to expand beyond Bengaluru, launching a Mysuru residential project with prices between Rs 70 lakh and Rs one crore.
In commercial real estate, the company is developing a 1.5 million sq. ft. IT park along Outer Ring Road (ORR), catering to the demand for premium office spaces. An additional 1.5 million sq. ft. of office space is set for delivery this year.
