The Indian Institute of Management, Nagpur (IIMN) has invited bids for a Rs 167.1 crore engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract for “composite works” under Stage 1 of Phase-II and III of its MIHAN campus expansion.

Phase 1 of the campus, spanning approx. 60,000 sq. mtrs., features an academic complex, administrative block, student hostels, sports complex, faculty and staff housing, an Executive Education Block, and IIM Nagpur’s entrepreneurship incubation centre. The new Stage 1 (of Phase-II & III) development will cover around 31,656 sqm of built-up area, including a hostel block, dining block, academic block, Executive Education Block, library block, Director’s residence, and allied service rooms. 

The project is part of IIMN’s broader vision to expand academic and residential infrastructure, enhance executive education facilities, and create modern, functional spaces to support its growing student and faculty community.

The bid submission deadline is 01 September,2025.
