1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

IRB Infrastructure Developers emerges preferred bidder for BOT project

IRB Infrastructure Developers has emerged as preferred bidder for build, operate, transfer (BOT) project in West Bengal. The section is a part of the Golden Quadrilateral Project.
 
The scope of work involves six-laning of National Corridor NH-19 from Palsit to Dankuni (up to NH-6 Connector) from 588.870 km to 652.700 km (total design length 63.830 km) in the state of West Bengal under Bharatmala Pariyojana to be executed on BOT (Toll) basis with a project cost of Rs 2,193.23 crore. The project is on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) mode. 
 
The concession period is 17 years, including construction period of 910 days.The company will get tolling rights on the project from the appointed date. Upon award of this project, the company’s March 2020 order book stands updated at approximately Rs 14,600 crore. 
 
IRB   Infrastructure   Developers  is   the   largest   private   roads   and   highways infrastructure  developer  in  India, with  an asset  base of over Rs 45,000  crore across the parent company and two InvITs.
 
The  company  has  strong  track  record  of  constructing  over  12,300  lane  km pan  India in  two decades and has an ability to construct over 500 km in a year. It has approximately 20 percent share in India’s  Golden  Quadrilateral  project,  which  is  the  largest  by  any  private infrastructure developer in India.
 
The IRB Group’s portfolio comprises of 21 projects including 19 BOT, one TOT and one HAM projects. BOT segment includes nine projects under private InvIT with O&M contracts; three projects under tolling and 7 projects under O&M contracts as a Project Manager for IRB InvIT.
