US-based Infinx Healthcare has opened its centre of excellence (CoE) in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The move aligns with Infinx’s global expansion goals and marks the company’s eighth centre in India. It will create 700 employment opportunities over the next five years.
During Chief Minister MK Stalin’s visit to the US in September, the company had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Guidance Tamil Nadu to establish the centre in Madurai. Infinx is backed by leading investment firms - Norwest Venture Partners and KKR & Co.
The facility will support optimising of revenue cycle processes for US-based healthcare providers, with focus on patient care while ensuring financial sustainability. Infinx is an AI-powered solutions provider for patient access, as well as revenue cycle management (RCM).
The CoE complements the company's existing operations in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
