NTT Data, a global digital transformation and IT services firm, will invest Rs 10,500 crore to establish a cutting-edge AI data centre cluster in Hyderabad.
The initiative, developed in collaboration with AI-first cloud platform Neysa Networks and the Telangana Government, was formalised through a tripartite agreement signed in the presence of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy during a meeting in Japan. The facility will host a 400 MW data centre cluster, equipped with 25,000 GPUs, making it one of the most powerful AI supercomputing infrastructures in the country.
Powered by a blend of grid and renewable energy sources (up to 500 MW), the centre will utilise advanced cooling systems like liquid immersion, and maintain top-tier ESG compliance. The centre is expected to contribute significantly to the state’s digital public infrastructure, while also driving skill development through academic partnerships.
This further aligns with Telangana’s strategic goal of becoming India’s AI capital, providing scalable and sustainable sovereign computing capabilities for both public and enterprise AI workloads.
