ABB has secured orders worth $22 million (approx Rs 100.1 crore) from Haryana
Vidyut Prasaran Nigam (HVPNL) to provide four turnkey substations for the
regional grid.
ABB is expected to deliver four 220 kV air-insulated substations equipped
with IEC 61850-compliant automation, protection, and control systems. The scope
of the project includes design, supply, installation and commissioning of the
substations and associated equipment, which includes switchgear and power
transformers.
