The Noida Authority’s new administrative office complex in Sector-96, under construction since 2016, is now expected to be completed by September 2025, according to Chief Engineer Vijay Rawal. Originally approved at Rs 304 crore, the project cost has escalated to Rs 390 crore following retrofitting, design modifications, and finishing upgrades, as sanctioned by the authority on 14 June, 2025.
The project was first proposed in 2013 on a six-acre plot and includes two towers: Tower 1, an 18-storey commercial block, and Tower 2, an eight-storey office building, with an initial estimated cost of Rs 478 crore. The original construction contract was awarded in 2016 for Rs 232 crore. Over the years, the timeline extended, and the budget rose due to evolving infrastructure requirements.
As of now, 95 percent of civil work and 90 percent of electrical work has been completed. Officials are confident of meeting the new deadline, and preparations are underway for an inauguration by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The complex is strategically located along the Bhangel elevated road, aimed at enhancing Noida’s administrative capacity and improving service delivery to the public.
