Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Rajasthan, has issued a tender worth Rs 229.16 crore for a major drinking water infrastructure project aimed at meeting the growing water demand of Ajmer city.
The scope of work includes the construction and installation of a water pipeline from Nasirabad to Nausar Valley Kotra Zone, the development of pump houses, and the construction of service reservoirs.The work is to be completed withi 36 mnths from the appointed date. In addition to civil and mechanical works, the tender mandates a seven-year operation and maintenance (O&M) period following a one-year defect liability period (DLP), ensuring long-term service reliability and system upkeep.
The bid submisison closing date is 28 August, 2025.
