Public Works Department (PWD), Maharashtra has issued an invitation for bids to upgrade the existing 30-bed rural hospital in Ausa, Latur district, into a 100-bed sub-district hospital. The estimated project cost is Rs 70.37 crore.
The scope of work encompasses civil and electrical tasks, including the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of systems, as well as providing free, fully comprehensive maintenance for one year post-commissioning. The project will also involve installing a fire protection system, including wet risers, courtyard hydrant rings, and hose reels, to ensure safety compliance. The timeline for the project's completion is set at 24 months, which includes the monsoon period.
The bid submission due date is 15 February, 2025.
