Parsvnath Developers, a leading real estate and infrastructure company in India, has announced progress on its 112.856-acre integrated township project in Rajpura, Punjab.

The township will include plotted developments, group housing, commercial complexes, clubs, and schools, and has received necessary licenses from relevant authorities. To expedite completion and streamline operations, Parsvnath has signed a development management agreement with Emperor Infratech, appointing it as the development manager for the project. Emperor Infratech will oversee all aspects of development, including construction, sales, marketing, and maintenance, and is expected to deliver the project in a time-bound manner.

The firm will also manage the sale of unsold inventory and facilitate possession for existing customers. The partnership is aimed at ensuring structured execution and timely completion of this integrated township. Strategically located along GT Road, near Shambu Border Railway Station and just 20 km from Ambala and Chandigarh, the project benefits from strong connectivity to key commercial and residential hubs.
