Reliance Consumer Products (RCPL) has signed a Rs 40,000 crore memorandum of understanding with the Food Processing Industries Ministry to establish integrated food manufacturing facilities across India.
The agreement was announced at the World Food India 2025 event. RCPL plans to invest over Rs 1,500 crore to set up food and beverage manufacturing units in Katol, Nagpur, Maharashtra, and Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. At Reliance Industries’ August AGM, Director Isha Ambani emphasized RCPL as a major growth driver aiming for Rs one lakh crore revenue within five years and becoming India’s largest FMCG company with a global footprint.
RCPL has also acquired brands like Tagz Foods and launched house brands such as Campa, Independence, Alan's, Enzo, and Ravalgaon, expanding its footprint in consumer goods.
