Royal Orchid Hotels (ROHL) has signed a 54-key Regenta Resort in Jabalpur, developed in partnership with TRIUMPH DEVCON & TRADING, as a move to strengthen its presence in Central India.
Operating under a management agreement, the project reflects ROHL’s strategy of expanding aggressively in high-potential markets without asset ownership. The resort is designed for both business and leisure travellers, offering a multi-cuisine restaurant, bar, gym, spa, and swimming pool. It also caters to large events, featuring three banquet halls measuring 7,000 sq. ft., 3,500 sq. ft., and 3,500 sq. ft., along with two lawns spread across 40,000 sq. ft., ideal for destination weddings, corporate offsites, and social gatherings.
Strategically located five km from the railway station, 18 km from the airport, and with direct highway access, the property ensures excellent connectivity. Arjun Baljee, President of ROHL, highlighted Jabalpur’s cultural depth and growing economic significance, positioning the new resort as a key hospitality landmark in the city’s growth story.
