Rudrabhishek Enterprises (REPL), an infrastructure solution provider, bagged an order from the Gorakhpur Industrial Development Authority (GIDA).
The company has secured the contract for preparing GIS-based master plans and sectoral plan for development of industrial corridor Dhuriyapar.
The project site is spanned over 5,500 acre (around 2,300 ha) at GIDA in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The order is worth Rs 35 lakh with an execution period of 240 days or till completion of the project.
REPL will be engaged for collection and review of available data, site analysis, boundary survey, market study and demand assessment, planning and development needs, preparation of GIS-based master plans with suitable zoning, study of internal and external infrastructure, initial environment and social impact assessment, preparation of project implementation plan, etc.
The company has also secured an order worth around Rs 152 lakh from the Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), Karnataka. The company secured the order for preparation of GIS-based master plan for three LPAs in Phase-2, Package-5 of AMRUT cities in Karnataka.
Under this project, the company will formulate GIS-based master plans for Vijayapura (525 sq km), Bagalkot (129.47 sq km) and Badami (15.91 sq km).
The formulation of the master plan would include zoning of land use for residential, commercial, industrial, recreational, educational and other purposes together with Zoning Regulations.
It will also include a complete street pattern, indicating major and minor roads, national highways, traffic circulation pattern for meeting immediate and future requirements with proposals for improvements.
