Saboo Sodium Chloro (SSCL) has announced the acquisition of approx. 40,000 sq. mtrs. of land in Jawai, Rajasthan, a renowned wildlife tourism destination known for leopard conservation. The acquired land is adjacent to Aaramgah Jawai Resort & Spa, a member of "Radisson Individuals Retreats," and is located just 2.5 km from Jawai Bandh.

SSCL is launching a luxury resort project named Samskara Jawai Leopard Reserve on this newly acquired land. With 120 rooms, the property will be the largest five-star hotel in Jawai and one of the largest in Pali district, Rajasthan. Construction is set to commence by Q2/FY25-26.

The resort will feature pool villas, luxury suites, leopard safaris, a full-service spa and gymnasium, banqueting and conferencing facilities, a multi-cuisine restaurant and bar, an infinity pool, and family entertainment areas. SSCL has applied for financial benefits under the Government of Rajasthan’s RIPS 2024 and Rising Rajasthan schemes.

The Samskara Jawai Leopard Reserve is expected to create quality employment for 150 people in Jawai and surrounding rural areas of Pali District.
