Southern Railway has invited bids for the redevelopment of Ernakulam Junction Railway Station in Kerala under engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) mode, with an estimated cost of Rs 350.02 crore.
The scope of work includes survey, investigations, design, development/redevelopment, and execution of civil and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works for the station building and related infrastructure. The orderis expected to be completed within a period of 24 months from the date of commencement. This redevelopment initiative is part of Indian Railways’ broader push to transform major railway stations into world-class transit hubs with upgraded facilities, improved aesthetics, and enhanced accessibility.
Interested bidders must submit their bids before the closing date of 26 August, 2025.
