Central Public Works Department has invited bids for construction of IIIT Campus (Phase-I) at Sanga village, Kanke, Ranchi in Jharkhand.
The scope of work includes construction of academic building (G+five), administrative building (LG+G+two), boys hostel (G+five), girls hostel (G+two), Director residence (G+one), Registrar residence (G+1), faculty residence (G+2), electrical sub-station I/C internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, sewerage, internal E I & fans, overhead tank, sewage treatment plant (STP), U G tank, water treatment plant (WTP), retaining walls, storm water drains, CCTV, networking, DG sets, fire fighting system, fire alarm system, street lighting, lifts and other development and bulk services.
The estimated value of the project is Rs 106.01 crore with completion period of 24 months.
