In a landmark move to transform tourism and luxury infrastructure in Madhya Pradesh, the Treasure Group has received a letter of award (LoA) from the state government.
The announcement, made during the Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart 2025, at the Kushabhau Thackeray International Convention Centre in Bhopal, was attended by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Union Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, and State Tourism Minister Dharmendra Bhav Singh Lodhi. The Treasure Group plans to invest Rs 450 crore in multiple high-end tourism projects.
Key developments include the region’s first 18-hole international championship golf course and a worldclass luxury wellness centre in Neenod near Sanchi, positioning the state as a hub for sports tourism and wellness retreats. Additionally, a luxury resort on Najarpura Island is planned, designed as a multithemed leisure destination in collaboration with the state tourism department.
