Kalpataru Power Transmission has secured orders worth Rs 1,400 crore from
Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd (MSETCL) and North East
Transmission Company Ltd (NETCL) for transmission and substation projects.
MSETCL has awarded a contract for turnkey execution of 220 and 132 KV
transmission lines and substation end bays under Strategic Alliance EPC Model,
to be executed over a period of next 3 years. The scope of work includes
execution of approx 2,500 km transmission lines and 137 substation end bays,
spread over various zones of Maharashtra.
NETCL contract covers turnkey execution of 158 km of 400 KV D/C
Churaibari-Silcher-Khelerihat line in Meghalaya and Assam, to be executed in 28
months time.
