The City & Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) of Maharashtra has invited pre-qualification bids for construction of dwelling units at Navi Mumbai in Thane district of Maharashtra.

The dwelling units will be constructed in the following areas:

Construction of 17,972 of EWS/LIG-I, II & III type dwelling units with development of commercial area and on site infrastructure works at Taloja Node, Navi Mumbai in Thane district (Package-I). The work will be implemented at a cost of Rs 3,458 crore.

Construction of approximately 19,539 of EWS / LIG-I, II & III type dwelling units with development of commercial area and onsite infrastructure works at Kharghar Railway Station forecourt area and Bus Depot, Truck Terminus, ISBT at Kharghar, Kalamboli, Panvel and Vashi, Navi Mumbai in Thane district (Package-II). The value of the work is Rs 3,225 crore.

Construction of approximately 25,104 of EWS/LIG-I, II & III type dwelling units with development of commerical area and onsite infrastructure works at Sanpada, Juinagar, Mansarovar and Khandeshar railway station forecourt area at Navi Mumbai (Package-III). The work will entail an investment of Rs 3,573 crore.

The work will be executed in a period of 36 months.
