The joint venture between Ceigall India (CIL) and JSP Projects (JSPPPL), has secured a significant contract from the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA).
Dated 24 September 2025, the letter of award (LoA) authorises the JV to undertake the construction of internal roads for Pockets B, C, and D in Aerotropolis S.A.S Nagar. The scope of the contract woth Rs 509.20-cr includes civil, public health, and electrical works essential for the infrastructure development of the region. The contract stipulates a 24-month timeframe for completion. The JV with CIL holding 80 percent and JSPPPL 20 percent shares, aims to deliver critical urban infrastructure within strict deadlines.
This order ward marks an important milestone for both companies, showcasing their joint expertise in large-scale construction projects and contributing to the rapid urbanization and connectivity improvements in the Mohali area.
