Heera Constructions has announced the launch of three premium apartment
complexes at Belhaven, Kowdiar; near Kanakakunnu palace and at Akkulam in
Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
One of the projects, Heera Goldenhills, overlooking the Kanakakunnu Palace
and the zoo will have 13 floors to shelter 48 families. Another project, Heera
Highlife, located near Belhaven Gardens, Kowdiar, will be a palatial complex
with 17 floors housing 62 residential units. The third project, namely Heera
Dreams with 34 floors in three towers in a single phase will come up near
Akkulam.
All the three projects are expected to have features like air-conditioned
lobby, reticulated gas connection, biometric sensor entry and video door phones.
