1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

PM Modi inaugurates Rs 40,000-cr development projects in Bihar

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for development projects worth around Rs 40,000 crore in Purnea, Bihar, on 15 September, 2025, aimed at enhancing connectivity, infrastructure, and livelihoods.

A key highlight was the inauguration of the interim terminal building of Purnea Airport, completed in under five months. PM Modi flagged off the first commercial flight, marking Purnea’s official entry onto India’s aviation map and boosting connectivity for the Seemanchal region.

In the railways sector, the Prime Minister launched the Araria–Galgalia line, flagged off one Vande Bharat, two Amrit Bharat, and one passenger train, and laid the foundation stone for the Vikramshila–Kataria rail line. Doubling of key rail routes including Bhagalpur–Dumka–Rampurhat and Mokama–Munger was also announced. He also inaugurated a 2,400 MW thermal power plant at Pirpainti (Bhagalpur) and launched the first phase of the Kosi–Mechi river interlinking project, which will enhance irrigation and help control floods.
