KEC International, an RPG Group company, has secured three orders worth a
total Rs 110 crore, one in Peru, South America and the remaining two in
Chhattisgarh.
The company has won a tower supply order from Peru worth Rs 33 crore.
In Chhattisgarh, KEC has bagged two transmission line orders worth Rs 77
crore from the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board. The scope of first order,
worth Rs 42 crore involves supply of line materials and construction of 220 kV
DCDS Transmission Line from proposed
220 kV Churi Substation (Korba) to 220 kV Bilaspur Substation (Mopka) on
turnkey basis. The total length of the line is 90 kms and the project is to be
completed in 19 months.
The second order worth Rs 35 crore involves supply of line materials and
supply and erection of construction of LILO of
400 kV S/C Korba - Bhilai (Khedamara) Line to 400 kV S/S Raipur (Raita) on
turnkey basis. The total length of the line is 25 km. The duration of the
project is 8 months.
