Guardians Real Estate Advisory, a non-broking, home grown property consulting firm generated sales worth Rs 318 crore at three real estate projects.
A residential project in Thane, a commercial property called ‘The Gateway’ by The Wadhwa Group at Mulund and a high-street retail development in Mumbai’s western suburb called Auris Galleria in Maharashtra cumulatively received the highest one-day sales for any real estate organisation during the lockdown.
All the three projects are being consulted and marketed by The Guardians Real Estate Advisory. The firm witnessed Rs 188 crore of business at a residential project in Thane alone, where majority apartments were two and three BHKs in the range of Rs 1-1.59 crore.
The fresh bookings at this residential project were a result of a well-thoughtout offer called ‘Stay at Home - Gain at Home’ special offer that gave customers pre-EMI relief and rent payback till March 2021 along with price assurance.
The commercial and high-street retail projects also contributed with 82 offices and 11 shops respectively. The commercial property titled ‘The Gateway’ being developed by The Wadhwa Group and marketed by The Guardians Real Estate Advisory was sold via the Expression of Interest Sales route with a starting price of Rs 95 lakh.
