RITES, a leading transport infrastructure consultancy, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) to collaborate on enhancing maritime logistics and multimodal transport solutions.

The agreement, signed during India Maritime Week 2025, focuses on improving the efficiency and timeliness of RITES’ cargo movement across global destinations. Key areas of the collaboration include designing cost-effective and resilient supply chain models, digital cargo tracking, and logistics planning for high-value consignments.

The partnership will also involve knowledge exchange and capacity-building efforts to optimise best practices in supply chain resilience and operational efficiency.
