• Unity Infraprojects bagged an order worth Rs.50.6 crore from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) for construction of Nepal Bharat Maitri 200 bed emergency and trauma centre for Bir Hospital at Kathmandu in Nepal. • Unity Infraprojects bagged order worth Rs.57.1 crore from Central Public Works Department for construction of office building for comptroller and auditor general of India at Deen Dayal Upadhayaya Marg in New Delhi. The scope of work includes internal works, water supply, sanitary installation, HVAC, lift and other services to the tune (Rs.36.3 crore for civil works and Rs.20.7 crore for E & M works). • SAAG RR Infra, a subsidiary of SAAG Consolidated (M) BHD bagged an order worth Rs.3.18 crore from Degremont Ltd (a water treatment Co.) for civil construction works for 100 MLD water treatment plant at the existing 270 MLD water treatment plant (augmentation) at T K Halli, in Karnataka Work on the project is scheduled for completion by December 2006. SAAG RR is also constructing housing quarters for Degremont at Poonamallee near Chennai.

• Tantia Constructions bagged an order worth Rs.19.5 crore from North Central Railway for procurement, fabrication, assembly, erection, launching of 10x61 m open web grider spans including fabrication and fixing of steel channel sleeper for Yamuna bridge betwwen Bhind-Etawah section in Uttar Pradesh.  (project details)

• US-based Well Flow Drilling Services bagged an order worth Rs.135 crore from Oil & Natural Gas Corpn. Out of the total contract value around Rs.80 crore will be spent for ramping up production at Assam and rs.55 crore for Improved Oil Recovery project at the Mehsana field.
